Duel

Best of five against a bot. Each round, you and the bot race the same question. The first correct answer wins the round; if you're both wrong, nobody scores. You can see how far through its thinking the bot is, but not whether it got the answer right until you've locked in yours.

Ten-minute ladder

Questions climb in difficulty every time you get one right. A wrong answer costs one of your three lives and keeps you on the same rung. Each correct answer scores ten times its rating. The run ends when the clock or your lives run out.
